My Story
From a young age, I was captivated by the art of creation. Growing up, my parents owned a sewing business, and I spent countless hours watching them transform pieces of fabric into beautiful garments. The idea of crafting something extraordinary from seemingly simple materials fascinated me, and I found myself dreaming of becoming a designer. Fashion shows and design workshops were my playgrounds of imagination, and I would often share my aspirations with my brothers during our evening conversations.
However, growing up in a place where the norm was to pursue careers in medicine or law, my dream seemed distant. I chose to study nursing, partly because it was a shorter path compared to medicine or law, and partly because I had a passion for something that required creativity and problem-solving skills. Yet, even as I studied nursing, my passion for creativity never waned. I was also fascinated by computer programming, drawn to the creativity required to solve problems through code.
While working in a psychiatric hospital, I found myself in a world that opened my eyes to a different kind of creativity. I was amazed by the patients—their ability to express themselves in ways they couldn't in stable situations. I witnessed an 80-year-old running like someone half his age and a physician who saw and spoke about the world with remarkable creativity. This experience reignited my pursuit of creativity.
I began studying app programming and developed an application from scratch—every line of code, every design element. But it was during this process that a shift occurred. I realized that my true passion lay in the creative process itself, particularly in solving problems through code. As the concept of my app relied heavily on drawings, I decided to learn how to design and draw. In this process, I discovered where my heart truly belonged: in creating and drawing.
I immersed myself in the world of art, practicing and studying relentlessly. My skills grew, and so did my passion. One day, while looking at one of my drawings, I wished it could move. This curiosity led me to explore the world of animation, and I realized that this was my true destination in life. Animation combined everything I loved—design, creativity, storytelling.
I made the bold decision to quit my job as a nurse and dedicate myself fully to this newfound passion. Now, I am on a journey to explore the world, chasing my dream of becoming an animator. I am seeking opportunities that will allow me to live this dream and make it a reality.
